Extract text
For images and scanned PDFs, OCR models are selected automatically from your browser or device language. Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German and Spanish are supported. Existing PDF text is preserved, and text can also be extracted from DOCX, PPTX and XLSX files. Ranges apply to PDF pages, slides, worksheets, ebook chapters and text lines. Edit the extracted text and export it as DOCX, TXT, HTML, Markdown or JSON. Text export does not preserve the original layout.
Supported formats
Compressive tools support ZIP, TAL, GZIP, RAR and 7Z. RAR only depresses and converts inputs and does not generate RR. Professional tools support fonts, DWG/DXF, 3D and GIS, add files and display matching output formats. DWG can read and transfer DXF/SVG/JSON, do not provide DWG writing; 3D geometry does not keep all animations and materials. MOBI supports common PalmDoc encoding, does not support DRM or Huffman encoding.
Size & Pages
Individually enter up to 5 GB; PDF up to 500 pages. The browser is physically processed by formatting and memory, with a new batch of tools reading up to 512 MB, Office single documents up to 200 MB, and pictures up to 40 million pixels. Large audio video can be built into the FFmpeg process.
History
History, preset and reading progress is saved on the current device. History contains up to 80 items with a small result of 32 MB, or about 100 MB. Files to be processed are automatically ticked for retention, or up to 50 MB each.
Folder listening and shortcut keys
Software supports folder listening, command lines and Ctrl+Shift+Space global tool portals. Windows install packages provide right-key access. Web listeners support folder access and keep pages open.

Please confirm that the file is normally open, unencrypted and supported in format. Complex Office layout, CAD entities, 3D materials and fonts may affect output. Check the results.
